SPARK is an excellent platform for better interaction, relation building, information exchange, effective training, dynamic leadership, innovative thinking, creative contribution & personality development. Almajdouie Spark program promoted an innovation culture within the organization and rigorously motivating the entire system to do better and go for supreme heights. 6000 Employees across 29 Spark divisions wholeheartedly involving & dedicating their will, wish, love, care, passion and contributions to Almajdouie Spark program.

Spark Festival 2017 is the ongoing Spark theme-based campaign, which includes two contests for two different themes and the winners will get two CHANGAN CS75 cars.  ‘Contest for Cost Saving Theme’ intended to get result in cost reduction, cost avoidance, revenue generation, increase saving and results should be proven for one year. ‘Contest for Grow Sales Theme’ intended to get pure & profitable sales through new ideas, through new practice which not available in the company and should be proven for six months.

Best Spark Leaders Challenge 2017’ is the contest for Spark Heads intended to boost Spark division performance before time. ‘Who Is Going To Be The Best Campaigner 2017’ is the contest for Spark Heads intended to make Spark program more vibrant and grab best results. Almajdouie Spark Program reached 86,389 idea submissions from its employees. Net savings reached SAR 59,130,660 (59 m) & organization accomplished 7,200 implementations until date. Senior Spark Program Officer Mr. Manoj Philip organizing Spark activities from corporate headquarters along with 29 Spark Heads from business and service units.

CHD Spark Idea Enhancement Program & Award Ceremony held on 25th July 2017 at Commitment Auditorium, MHO. Chief Human Resources Officer Mr. Abdullah Saeed Garamah Al Ghamdi was the guest of honor. CHD Spark Head Mr. Salvador Inere Dordolo organized this event in coordination with Spark member Mr. Joel Pineda Quimpo.

CLN Spark organized its Spark Idea Motivation Program for Cafe Liwan Branch 1 & 2 employees on 30th July 2017. Senior Spark Program Officer Mr. Manoj Philip and Spark Head Mr. Mohd. Adil Khan jointly coordinated this event & discussed on “how to improve Spark performance with a remarkable boost in idea submissions, implementations & savings”.

MDR Spark organized its idea motivation program entitled Spark Idea Enhancement Drive at Sadara on 28th July 2017. Project Manager Mr. Taher Al Bader, Spark Head Mr. Hussain Ilyas & Spark Member Mr. Shaikh Shavali Shaikh were coordinated the event enclosed with motivation speeches, prize distributions etc. Thanks to Mr. Rudy Paiman Sadi (General Manager, MDR).


CHANGAN Spark organized a motivation program for CHANGAN Jeddah branch employees. Spark Head Mr. Tajamul Pasha organized this program on 11th July 2017 & thanks to Mr. Mohammed Almajdouie (Managing Director) for his supreme support.


MMP Spark rigorously motivating its employees through various activities such as Spark meetings, campaigns etc. Spark Head Mr. Shoaib Yamin is coordinating the activities with the guidance of Spark Divisional Manager Mr. Enayat Shaikh. 


MLC-Asset Management Department organized a Spark Day Out on 4th  May 2017 at Dammam workshop. Spark Head Mr. Haitham Sidqi Al-Khateeb coordinated the event with guidance of Spark Divisional Manager Mr. Yousef Saleh. Motivation speeches & gift distributions were the highlights of the event.
