-  Almajdouie Motors Hyundai Services successfully conducted “The 6th Hyundai Saudi Arabia Service Advisor Championship”

Service Advisor plays a very important role in the success chain of customer satisfaction. It serves as the link between customer and workshop, recognizes customer needs, implement customer needs in an order and assures quality control. The goal of Hyundai Service Advisor Championship is to improve Service Advisor skills and to test their knowledge and capabilities in providing the best customer satisfaction.

 

On Day 1, opening ceremony followed by written test, interview and welcome dinner to all participants and guests in Holiday Inn hotel, Khobar. Day 2, role play scenarios are provided to test participant’s knowledge and skills in customer handling at Almajdouie Motors HQ in Dammam. Day 3 is an outdoor activity in which all participants joined and relaxed with summer fun games and excitement in the Lost Paradise Resort Water Park, Bahrain. And on the final day, awards are given to all the winners of the championship at Holiday Inn Hotel, Khobar.

 

The gold medalist award is awarded to Mr. Abubaker El-Tayeb who gained the highest points for the competition followed by silver medalist awarded to Mr. Julius Pedaza and bronze medalist Mr. Fawzy Agamia.

 

The gold medalists of this event will represent Almajdouie Motors to the upcoming Hyundai Global CX Championship in Seoul Korea this October 2018.
